These Terms and Conditions govern your use of coachingbycusi.com and any coaching, training, digital materials, community access, subscriptions, or related services offered by Coaching by Cusi.

By using this website, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, joining a program, or accessing any materials, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to purchase or participate in our services.

EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE

Coaching by Cusi provides educational information, training, coaching, tools, scripts, prompts, templates, and business strategies for real estate professionals.

Our services do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, brokerage, or investment advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals and complying with all laws, regulations, licensing requirements, brokerage policies, advertising rules, and professional standards that apply to you.

PROGRAMS AND SERVICES

Available services may include:

• Free community access and training
• Monthly Premium membership
• Annual VIP coaching
• Individual courses and training programs
• Live group training
• Private coaching sessions
• Workbooks, scripts, prompts, templates, and digital resources

Specific features, prices, schedules, and access terms will be described on the applicable sales page, checkout page, Skool offer, or coaching agreement.

PAYMENTS

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.

Prices are displayed before purchase and may be changed for future purchases. A price change will not alter a completed one time purchase. Any changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Monthly and annual memberships may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the stated interval until you cancel.

The price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and available cancellation method will be displayed before purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel a recurring membership through the platform where you enrolled or by contacting [email protected].

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated, you will continue to have access through the end of the billing period that has already been paid.

Cancel before your next billing date to avoid another charge. Removing yourself from a community, failing to participate, or stopping use of the services does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

REFUNDS

Unless a different refund policy is displayed at checkout or included in a written coaching agreement, payments are nonrefundable after access to digital materials, training, community content, or coaching resources has been provided, except when required by law.

Before purchasing, review the program description and contact us with any questions. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, email [email protected].

VIP COACHING

VIP coaching may include private coaching sessions, group training, course access, workbooks, and other resources described at the time of enrollment.

Scheduling, rescheduling, attendance, payment, and cancellation requirements may also be included in a separate coaching agreement. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these general Terms and Conditions, the signed agreement will control for that service.

SCHEDULING AND MISSED SESSIONS

Private coaching sessions may be scheduled through Calendly or another approved scheduling platform. Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.

Rescheduling and missed session policies will be provided during enrollment or in the applicable coaching agreement. Coaching by Cusi may reschedule a session when reasonably necessary.

ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

Program access is provided only to the person or business that purchased or received permission to access it. You may not share login credentials, distribute paid materials, or allow unauthorized users to access your account.

COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Participants must communicate respectfully and use the community and training platforms for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
• Post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content
• Distribute spam or unauthorized promotions
• Copy or share another participant’s private information
• Upload harmful software or interfere with platform operation
• Share paid training materials without permission

We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate participation when reasonably necessary to protect the community, our services, or other participants

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All training videos, workbooks, worksheets, scripts, prompts, templates, graphics, branding, written content, systems, and other materials provided by Coaching by Cusi are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials for your own real estate business.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, teach, sublicense, upload, or create competing products from these materials without written permission from Coaching by Cusi.

USER CONTENT

If you submit comments, questions, testimonials, feedback, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate the rights of another person.

We may use general feedback to improve our services. We will request permission before using your name, image, or testimonial publicly unless you have already provided consent.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Coaching and training outcomes vary. Your results depend on many factors, including your experience, market, effort, consistency, implementation, communication skills, and business decisions.

Coaching by Cusi does not guarantee commissions, clients, leads, listings, closings, income, business growth, or any specific result. Testimonials and examples are not promises that you will achieve the same outcome.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Our website and services may connect with third party platforms such as Skool, Calendly, GoHighLevel, Stripe, video conferencing services, and other providers.

Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Coaching by Cusi is not responsible for interruptions, changes, security incidents, or other actions controlled by third party providers.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We work to keep the website and services available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Live training schedules, course content, resources, and program features may be updated to improve the participant experience.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, programs, and materials are provided as available without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the website or services will always be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or suitable for every participant’s particular business needs.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coaching by Cusi and its owners, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, programs, materials, or third party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Coaching by Cusi for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to be responsible for claims, damages, losses, and expenses resulting from your misuse of the website or services, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of another person’s rights.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the services, fail to make required payments, share protected materials, or engage in conduct that threatens the safety or operation of the community.

Termination for a violation does not automatically create a right to a refund.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be communicated when required by law.
